Return and exchange
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on www.jpxfashion.com, please submit online Return form within 7 calendar days upon receipt and our customer service team will contact you for assisting the return process.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.
  • Please pack the items in original box and make sure you include all return products and free gifts associated to the order. We reserve the right to deduct gift cost, if it’s missing.
  • If returning designer bags and accessories, all packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, tags and box should be included with your return.
  • Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.
  • If you have requested for a refund, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.
  • If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. If we do not have stock for the size you requested for exchange, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 5 calendar days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
  • Customs Tax & Duties are non-refundable through www.jpxfashion.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Products that have been delivered for more than 7 calendar days
    • Products without product tags, price tags and labels
    • Items whose packages (bags, boxes, etc.) have been lost or damaged
    • Repaired, washed, and cleaned products
    • Products that have problems such as odor, dirt, and scratches under the customer, which is not in good condition to sell.
    • Products not sold through our official website
    • Customized products without quality problems
    • Underwear, socks, earrings and selected limited edition products without quality problems
  • If the return does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you and return the product(s) to you at your cost.
  • A management fee of HKD 200 will be deducted for a refund for international order.
  • We need at least 2 weeks to process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We will credit your original form of payment.
  • If you paid in currency other than HKD, there might be difference in refund, which is caused by exchange rate. As this is out of our control, kindly refer to your issuing bank for more details.
  • Upon dispute, JP: by J Peterman reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
